Anglican-Oriental Orthodox Church Dialogues

  On Tuesday evening 24th October, faith leaders from across Ireland gathered at the Mansion House for a reception welcoming the Anglican-Oriental Orthodox Church Dialogues. Rabbi Lent represented the Jewish community at the evening event, which also saw participation from the Roman Catholic, Muslim, and other faith communities, including a number of Protestant churches. Yom HaShoah Commemoration 5775

Over 90 people attended a Yom HaShoah Commemoration at Dublin Hebrew Congregation, sponsored by the Jewish Representative Council. The evening was hosted by Mr Yanky Fachler and featured a dramatic narrarative of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, read by descendants of Holocaust survivors. The commemoration ended with a brief memorial service at the Holocaust memorial, led by Rabbi Zalman Lent and Cantor Alwyn Shulman.  Read More
